How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, you can call Meaghan at (616) 238-0321 or email her at meaghan@micourageousconnections.com. Please note, all sessions are held via a secure telehealth portal.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This time is held especially for you; if you are unable to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may be charged up to the full rate of your session.

How do I pay for my sessions?

Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Using the patient portal (Simple Practice), you will be able to pay for all services electronically.

At this time, I am not accepting insurance payments. If you would like to use out-of-network provider benefits, a superbill (receipt for services that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement) can be made for you; prior to receiving services, please verify with your insurance provider that this is an option for you.

Private-pay fees:

  • $190 per initial assessment

  • $160 per 60-minute session

  • $120 per 45-minute session

  • $80 per 30-minute session

  • $50 per 60-minute group session

  • TBD per workshop (based on a collaborative discussion about your training needs)

Do you prescribe medication?

At Courageous Connections, we understand the importance of fostering whole-person healing and exploring alternative solutions. Our team specializes in non-pharmacological therapies and does not hold a license to prescribe or recommend medications; however, we can collaborate with your prescribing physician or psychiatrist. By offering integrated care coordination, we aim to provide our clients with long-lasting solutions that address the root causes of their symptoms.
